Aji Sai Sushi Restaurant– Doing the least to stay alive. Earlier in the summer (and I say “earlier,” with a hint of growing disappointment because the summer is practically over,) a family friend visited. As we all know, the guests we accommodate in our homes always force us to get out and explore the places we live more than we normally would; with intent, curiosity, and in the pursuit of creating beautiful memories.
Like the adapted North Americans we are, we express our “cultural acceptance” by immersing ourselves in foreign ways of life by going out to eat. So on a lovely global-warming ridden day (do we still believe this or … what is it now?,) we were led by the wide, welcoming and unending compass arms of Google maps to a restaurant known as Aji Sai; situated in one of the most hipstery-millenial-man-grooming-university-students laden neighbourhoods – Queen and Adelaide.
